On March 7, 2020, Julius bench pressed 770 lbs, breaking his own world record by 26lbs. Four months later, Julius would bench press 744 lbs on November 17, 2019. His first time breaking the bench press world record was on August 31, 2019, where he bench pressed 740 lbs, breaking previous record holder Kirill Sarychev by 1 lb. Julius has held the bench press world record since 2019, he has broken his own world record three times. In a year, Julius added another 100 lbs to his bench press, and continued his powerlifting journey. Julius's first bench press competition was in 2013, where he bench pressed 525 lbs despite being in the recovery program.


Surprising others at the scene, a man told him that not a lot of people can bench press was Julius pressed. After 4 months, Julius bench pressed 505lbs for three reps.
